Why a Recirculating Machine Won’t Do Everything You Want It To Do

Re-circulation Machines -  Do Not Accept Bold and Blatant Claims -

Make Them Show You

It is common practice for a re-circulation machine demonstration to show only the spraying aspect of the machine without showing the loading and mixing. (They show up with the machine already loaded and mixed so that they don't run the risk of clogging).

Demand to see three consecutive tank loads of loading, mixing and application with any kind of mulch. If they claim their machine will handle 100% wood mulch, make them show you. Want to bet they will clog it up?

When you see any mechanical agitation machine load and mix, you will then understand why any jet agitation machine will not make thicker slurries, is painfully slow, frequently clogs during loading, and ultimately is a very costly "bargain".

Re-circulation machines are impractical to use with 100% wood mulch products.

Re-circulation machines WILL NOT WORK with Bonded Fiber Matrix products in accordance with manufacturers mulch to water ratio specifications.

Re-circulation machines are painfully slow to load and mix.

Re-circulation machines clog up frequently during loading and mixing.

Re-circulation machines work best with soupy paper mulch mixtures.

Re-circulation machines will not pump thick slurries through long hoses.
The ultimate value of any machine is its' ability to load and mix an effective mulch slurry in a timely manner (without clogging), and then pump that good mulch slurry through the needed length of hose
